“I’m Robert Habib and I have been successfully practicing as a personal trainer for four years.”

I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and transitioned to Bayside Physical Therapy, an  outpatient clinic in Millersville, MD, and worked there for two years.

Personal Training (Private) 1 on 1

This type of training includes exclusive workout sessions with your personal trainer. All of your training sessions will be strictly one-on-one with your trainer. This session is 60 minutes in length.

Hybrid Training

Starting a workout program after an injury can be scary. If you’re working with a commercial gym trainer it most certainly isn’t in your best interest – these trainers are often under-educated

Online Training

This type of training includes exclusive workout sessions with your personal trainer. All of your training sessions will be strictly one-on-one with your trainer. This session is 60 minutes in length.
