I cannot say enough great things about Rob! He is an amazing trainer and really takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs. Rob is great at sensing how much to push me, the workouts are tough but not over the top to where I feel like I can’t finish.Rob has helped me lose 30 pounds and is helping me get back to my pre-baby body. He encourages me to not be afraid to lift heavy (but appropriate) weights and he always makes me feel safe in any exercise we do. Rob is the absolute best and you will not regret training with him!!

I had been diagnosed with Rhematoid Arthritus in 2017 . Because of my health issues I was limited physically on what I was able to do AND motivated to do. So in August of 2019 I started working with Robert . I had two surgeries on my right foot, carpul tunnel surgery on both arms and ulnar neuropathy surgery. At that time I started wih Robert I was non-weight bearing on my right foot because of surgery. Mentally and physically I needed to start e working out and a personal trainer was the best decision I could have made. I was encouraged to push myself, mentally and physically but he made sure I was not discouraged by my physical limitations. I work out 3-4 times a week now with Robert. He focuses on different parts of my body that he feels I need to continue to get stronger. He also works on my flexiblity which is very important to improve because of my RA. My mental attitude towards physical activiteis has changed. I now look forward to pushing myself. I have more energy than I have had in a few years. I am stronger and now capable of doing physical activities I thought I would not ever be able to do again. Robert is patient, funny, caring and most of all very knowlegeable. Each time I work out it is different and it never get monotonous. I highly recommend Habib Heath & Fitness.
