How and Why our Services Work

All services (1 on 1, online, hybrid) are an educational process as much as they are physical. My goal is to educate you throughout our time together to ensure you gain an understanding of training and nutrition protocol that allows you to succeed on your own when our time together comes to an end.

 

Initial Assessment

We’ll dive deep into your health, training, nutrition and injury history to ensure we piece together a program that best fits your needs, limitations, and lifestyle while allowing us to reach your goals

Individualized Training Program

This is not a cookie cutter approach. Everything put together is done so in order for you to be as successful as possible. Total volume, recovery, nutrition, number of workouts needs to work for you. What works for someone else may not necessarily work for you.

Customized Nutrition

We’ll dive deep into your health, training, nutrition and injury history to ensure we piece together a program that best fits your needs, limitations, and lifestyle while allowing us to reach your goals

Support & Accountability

Weekly check-ins will be sent to you via email and then responded to via a voice memo that I send out mapping out any changes needed and answer any questions you may have about programming, exercise selection, form breakdown, etc. We’re a team and as your coach I welcome and encourage constant communication via email and text 24-7 to make your experience as enjoyable as possible and to answer any questions you may have.
